PENNY als Teil der REWE Group sucht in Neubrandenburg Auszubildende für das Abiprogramm Einzelhandel (m/w/d) mit Start am 01.08.2027. Innerhalb von etwa drei Jahren wirst du ohne Studium auf eine Führungsposition vorbereitet und erlangst in 18 Monaten den Abschluss Kaufmann im Einzelhandel sowie bei guter Leistung anschließend den staatlich geprüften Handelsfachwirt und die AEVO-Ausbildung zum Ausbilder. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Steuerung des Warenflusses, Warenlagerung und -kontrolle, Kundenbetreuung im Markt sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeitendenführung. Voraussetzungen sind Abitur oder fachgebundene Hochschulreife inkl. Praxisteil Wirtschaft sowie sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent.
