Baugenossenschaft Neptun e.G. in Rostock is seeking apprentices as real estate management assistants (m/f/d) starting 01.09.2027 for its cooperative with around 3,000 apartments in Rostock and the surrounding area. During the three-year apprenticeship, trainees rotate through all key areas of the company and learn, among other things, the letting process, accounting and controlling, member advisory services, operating cost statements, as well as technical and construction expertise. Requirements are a high school diploma (Abitur), a specialized high school diploma (Fachabitur) or a good intermediate school leaving certificate, as well as a confident command of German, motivation, customer orientation and teamwork skills. The cooperative offers individual support from an experienced apprenticeship supervisor as well as modern, digital working conditions with opportunities for further training.
