Hotel IV Jahreszeiten Kühlungsborn is looking for a Rooms Division Manager with a focus on housekeeping for the 4-star superior resort on the Baltic Sea. The role combines strategic, organisational and operational overall responsibility for housekeeping, front office and guest relations, including leadership of department heads and teams. This includes managing budget, forecast and staffing, further developing quality and service standards, and analysing key figures such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and guest reviews. The position is firmly based at the Kühlungsborn hotel operation and works closely with the management as well as cross-functionally with engineering and F&B. The search is for managers with hotel-related training or a comparable qualification, several years of leadership experience and very good German and English skills.
