Basiskulturfabrik GmbH is seeking a receptionist for the cultural and conference centre Alte Kachelofenfabrik in Neustrelitz, starting immediately, for its eco-hotel on a part-time or full-time basis. Duties include check-in and check-out of guests, answering and forwarding calls, advising on bookings and excursion options, and handling complaints calmly and in a solution-oriented manner. Preferably a hotel management apprenticeship or initial experience, good German language skills and PC skills are desired; experience with HotelProfi is an advantage.
